OUR PRODUCTION PROCEDURE
Our products are meticulously crafted through a precise combination of cutting-edge technology and expert craftsmanship.
RAW MATERIAL SECTION
All Raw materials (chemicals colours and fragrancies) that are used in the manufacturing process are stored in this section under suitable storage conditions. All chemicals are laboratory tested prior to use them in the production.
MANUFACTURING SECTION
Manufacturing is done according to Good Manufacturing Practices. New Products are being tested by the chemist before introducing to the customer. Assure the high sanitory procedures while manufacturing.
LABORATORY
Each raw material, finished bulk and the final product is being laboratory analysed. Sample from each bulk is stored in suitable storage conditions in the the laboratory. There are many new products under the research and development of suitable profssionals.
FILLING SECTION
Laboratory accepted bulk is filled into suitable containers under the supervision of quality controllers. Each product is tested in many parameters by quality controllers and chemists before they are being packed to corrugated boxes.
PACKAGING SECTION
Packaging is done using primary packaging and secondary packaging. Packages are designed to assure the quality of the product while increasing the customer compliace as well as giving product details.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Assure the quality of the products. Specially Quality Assuarance Department pays high attention towards the products which are being introdued to the customers newly.
PACKING
Arranging finished products in to an order which is easy for distribution. This department also acts as a store for finished
